Design Engine Job Board

DESIGN ENGINE JOBS BOARD

Deep Interactive designed an engineering and design jobs board for Design Engine – with future hopes in generating revenue.

jobs.designengine.com

objective:

To design a design and engineering jobs board where designers and engineers can go to browse jobs and where employers can submit jobs.

solution:

Design Engine Education is a firm that provides hands-on training for designers and engineers in various softwares. Having networked with various companies and firms that utilize designers and engineers, Design Engine wanted to a site where jobs could be browsed and submitted. Design Engine utilizes their personal outlets in order to find the coolest design and engineering jobs out there — those that the big sites like Monster.com or SimplyHired.com fail to post. A similar look to the Job Board and Design Engine Publication site was implemented in order to ensure brand cohesiveness.

The Job Board also has a goal of driving traffic to the main Design Engine website [www.proetools.com]. Those who are unemployed may be looking for higher training in order to obtain a job they saw on the Design Engine Jobs Board. An employer submitting a job may contact Design Engine in order to find out more about higher training for their current employees.

Even with the site only being live since early July 2011, Design Engine has seen a huge increase in traffic to their main site as well as more leads from interested candidates via phone, website, or email. In the near future, Design Engine will generate revenue from this site by charging employers to post jobs on the site.

All other Design-Engine related information are also linked to the Talk Board. Deep Interactive manages and moderates this site in conjunction with Design Engine Education.
