Deep Interactive revamped the Leverage Product Development website with a clean, unique, and modern look that uses heavy imagery to showcase the company’s portfolio and work.

To revamp the Leverage Product Development website into a dynamic WordPress-driven CMS in a clean, unique, and modern approach with a strong portfolio presence.

Leverage Product Development provides award-winning solutions through industrial design, engineering, prototyping, tooling and manufacturing. Building and maintaining lasting relationships with each of their clients and having a true focus on customer service is at the core of what Leverage is all about.
With a goal of allowing visitors to click through the site to get a clear understanding of what Leverage Product Development has to offer, Deep used a lot of imagery to sell the company’s brilliant work. The theme was a “Target” [the retailer] approach of clean, modern design since Leverage describes themselves as forward design for the masses. Deep wanted to keep the overall color scheme neutral with grey and white and used their trademark blue to highlight pieces of the site. The fulcrum icon in their trademark is used strategically throughout the site to strengthen the brand by recognition.
We used lightbox and javascript to create sleek, flash-like effects. In addition, Deep Interactive created a blog — something Leverage has never had — as a channel between Leverage and its visitors and also introduced social media into the mix. When a user clicks on a specific portfolio piece or blog post, there’s an interactive sidebar that sticks to the right of the browser window that displays other portfolio pieces and blogs posts as another way to browse through Leverage’s work. Deep then optimized the site for search engines.
With our client being heavily involved with each step of the process, Deep was able to create a sophisticated site.
